How Zapier Agents pricing works

Zapier Agents is priced separately from regular Zapier automation. It is metered in activities, not Zap tasks. The free tier includes 400 activities per month. Agents Pro starts from about $33.33 per month, which Zapier shows as an annual-billing equivalent; the monthly-billing price was not shown on the page we checked.

What a credit or seat gets you

An activity is one step an agent takes: each trigger, knowledge answer, action, browse or scrape, and search counts as 1 activity. A single agent run that searches, reads a page and then takes an action uses several activities. Activities are counted separately from Zap tasks.

Limits and overage risk

Each run is capped at 10 activities on the free tier and 40 on paid plans. A task that needs more steps than the per-run cap will stop, so long multi-step jobs may need to be split up or need a paid plan.

Who each plan suits

Agents Free: 400 activities per month and 10 per run. Suits trying out simple, short agents.
